Review support across Canada

Review removal in Canada, handled from the first link.

Your city does not change a platform’s review rules. Send us the review and the listing it appears on; our team prepares the case and manages the available reporting process online.

How the service fits

A Canadian quote, a platform-specific case.

A review on a Toronto Google Business Profile and one on a Vancouver property listing require different platform processes. We start with the exact post, use the platform’s published rules, and tell you what details would help. The review site decides whether content is removed.

We work remotely across Canada. There is no need to visit an office or provide an account password to request a quote. Each review is priced individually, in CAD, with written terms before paid work begins.

01 / ONTARIO

Toronto, the GTA and beyond

Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, Kitchener–Waterloo and Niagara businesses can send a public Google Business Profile or other review link. If you have several locations, identify the exact listing for each review.

03 / BRITISH COLUMBIA

Vancouver and the West Coast

Businesses in Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria and Kelowna may need to distinguish a Google review from a Tripadvisor or Booking.com guest review. Send the URL for the platform where the post actually appears.

04 / PRAIRIES

Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan

Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Regina businesses use the same CAD pricing. A branch or franchise with multiple profiles should provide the correct city and listing for each review so the report addresses the right business.

06 / NORTHERN CANADA

Canadian business context

Why the exact listing matters.

In 2023, an ISED table based on a Statistics Canada SME survey listed Google Reviews activity at 63.8% for tourism SMEs and 47.0% for all-industry SMEs. That 16.8-point difference describes reported online activity in the survey; it does not measure review disputes or removal rates.

Canadian review context

What Canada’s Competition Bureau says about review integrity.

The Bureau’s published guidance says businesses should not write or commission fake reviews or prevent people from seeing genuine, relevant and lawful reviews. Our work starts with a specific concern under the review platform’s rules. Criticism alone is not a reason to suppress a genuine customer account.

01

Keep genuine feedback visible. A negative experience may be useful to future customers and does not automatically violate a platform policy.

02

Report a specific rule concern. Preserve the review, identify the relevant policy and provide facts the platform can check.

03

Avoid rating manipulation. Do not commission fake positive reviews or offer a benefit in exchange for editing a critical one.

Common questions

Review removal questions from Canadian businesses

Platform policies apply to the review itself. Your city helps us identify the right listing and keep the request organized.

Is the service limited to Toronto or Ontario?

No. We accept online requests from businesses in every Canadian province and territory. Share the public listing and review URL for the exact location.

Is pricing different in Vancouver, Montréal or Halifax?

No. Our published rate is CAD $50 upfront per review and CAD $125 for each review removed, regardless of the Canadian city. We confirm applicable taxes and written terms before payment.

Does Canada have a separate Google review removal rule?

Google evaluates reports against its platform policies. Being in Canada does not, by itself, make a review eligible for removal. See Google’s current reporting guidance.

What if our company has several Canadian locations?

Send the exact review and business listing for each location. That lets us separate the cases and calculate the per-review fees correctly.

Do you need our account password?

No password is needed for a quote. If a platform later requires a step from your business account, we explain that step rather than asking you to send a password through the form.
