What does Google review removal cost?
There are two different decisions: whether to handle a report yourself and whether to hire a team to prepare and manage the work. Google’s reporting route does not require buying our service. Our fee pays for assessment, report preparation and available follow-up; it does not buy a platform decision.

What if only some reviews are removed?
The fee is calculated review by review. For n reviews and r successful removals, the total is $50 × n + $125 × r, before tax. The examples below show every possible outcome for a three-review request. They are illustrative, with no implied probability.

A five-review request starts at $250. If two are removed, the success fees are another $250, giving a $500 total before tax. If all five are removed, the total is $875. Use the live review-count estimate to see the full-success amount for your request.
What the upfront work covers
We review the public post and the context you supply, identify the strongest supported concern, organize relevant facts and prepare the reporting work. Where an available follow-up requires a step from your business account, we explain that step. A quote request does not require your password.
Before agreeing, keep a written record of which reviews are included, the approved work, the success-fee trigger and the applicable tax. For more than one location, identify each Google Business Profile separately so that a review is not attached to the wrong case.
Can you pay to remove a Google review?
You can pay for help preparing and managing a policy-based request. Our service does not pay a reviewer to change a post or promise a result merely because a fee is paid. If someone is demanding money in exchange for deleting a negative review, that is a different problem: preserve the demand and use Google’s merchant extortion guidance.
Questions to ask any removal service
- Which exact review URLs does the quote include?
- What work will be done before and after the report?
- What happens to the price when only some reviews are removed?
- How is the outcome documented, and when is the success fee payable?
- Are taxes and any additional fees explained in writing?
- Who is responsible for any step that must happen in the business account?
A useful quote gives specific answers. A claim of “guaranteed deletion” without explaining the policy basis and terms is not enough information to compare the work.
